My name is Lindsay Heinzen.  I grew up in Dallas, TX and from a young age I was an avid drawer and storyteller.  After I graduated from Brigham Young University in animation, I got various jobs at studios working in television and video games.  After that, I worked from home doing exciting art jobs like murals and commercial illustration while raising my family. However after working freelance for over a decade, I found a new joy in teaching the art skills I know and love as an art teacher too! 

 

During my free time I enjoy

 paint murals, sharpening my art skills, eating good food, serving in my church, watching tv and spending time with my family!
